Shipping & Returns Policy

At Neria Bikini, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers across Germany and Europe.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and local courier services. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn and unused, remain in their original condition, and have all tags and hygiene seals intact.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain intimate apparel items are not eligible for return once they have been opened or worn.

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items. Unless the item is defective or an error was made during shipping, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
